| 解約の方法と効果 How to cancel | ログイン後の「Settings › Billing」の「Cancel subscription」から、いつでも解約できます。お問い合わせ窓口へのご連絡でも受け付けます。解約は現在の請求期間の終了時に効力を生じ、それまではサービスと付与済みのクレジットを利用できます。期間途中の解約による日割り返金はありません。解約手数料・違約金はありません。 Cancel anytime from Settings › Billing → Cancel subscription after signing in, or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; until then the plan and the credits already granted remain usable. There is no pro-rated refund for the rest of the period, and no cancellation fee. |

| 申込みの撤回・返金 Withdrawal and refunds | 決済完了後のお客様のご都合による撤回・返金（未使用のクレジット、生成済みの動画、プランの残期間を含む）はお受けできません。当社の責めにより説明どおりにサービスを提供できない場合は、修正または該当金額の返金で対応します。重複・誤請求の場合は全額返金します。生成に失敗した動画のクレジットは自動で戻ります。通信販売のため、特定商取引法上のクーリング・オフは適用されません。詳しくは返金ポリシーをご覧ください。 After payment we do not accept withdrawal or refunds for change of mind (including unused credits, delivered clips and the remaining period of a plan). If we fail to provide the service as described through our fault, we will fix it or refund the affected amount. Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full. Credits for a failed render are returned automatically. As a mail-order sale, there is no cooling-off period under the Act. See the Refund Policy for details. |
| クレジットの内容・有効期限 Credits | 生成に必要なクレジット数は、モデルと動画の長さに応じて送信前に表示します。月払プランのクレジットは毎月付与します。年払プランは1年分のクレジットの12分の1を毎月付与します（初月分は決済時、2か月目以降は支払済みの1年間の各月に、その月に初めて本サービスを開いた時点）。プランのクレジットは次の月の付与予定時刻の48時間後まで（約1か月）有効です。年払プランから他のプランに変更した場合も、残りの月のクレジットは支払済みの1年間の終了まで毎月付与します。追加クレジットは購入から180日間、新規登録時の無料クレジット（500クレジット）は30日間有効です。有効期限の近いものから消費し、期限を過ぎたクレジットは失効します。クレジットは本サービスでの生成にのみ利用でき、換金・譲渡はできません。 The credit cost of each render is shown before you send it, based on the model and clip length. Monthly plans grant credits every month. Yearly plans grant one twelfth of the year's credits every month: the first month's at payment, then each later month of the paid year when you first open the service that month. Plan credits last until 48 hours after the next month's credits are due (about one month). If you switch from a yearly plan to another plan, its remaining months are still granted until the end of the year you paid for. Top-up credits last 180 days and the free signup credits (500) last 30 days. The soonest-to-expire credits are used first, and expired credits lapse. Credits can only be used for renders on this service and cannot be cashed out or transferred. |
